Travel component of the job: Booking flights, accommodation and car hire for staff and the organisation's program participants, speaking with hotel representatives in order to negotiate preferred rates, using TRIM to file and save itineraries and related documents, credit card reconciliation for bookings made on my company credit card, organising cultural education visits for registrars in Darwin and remote locations, liaising with staff in order to coordinate remote, mobile office visits and workshops. Housing component of the job: Overseeing, negotiating and re-negotiating leases for housing in remote areas (including section 19's via the Northern Land Council), coordinating repairs and maintenance at properties throughout the NT and preparing, maintaining and updating community housing profiles, including contacts and calendars.

I managed the Palmerston Flight Centre store for seven years before opening the FCm Corporate office in Darwin city in 2008.
