Narelle was responsible for preparing 400 Government schools to use My Career Portfolio, a new digital portfolio for students. Stakeholder groups include 250,000 students, 400 Career Practitioners, Regional staff, teachers, school principals and parents. The application was developed on the Microsoft Azure platform using an Agile approach.

Narelle worked with longstanding client, Women's Legal Service Victoria, to design and deliver the Foundation program of workshops called "Communicating clearly". This bespoke program is designed to equip senior executives, principal lawyers, and financial and policy staff to communicate with power and effectiveness in complex and often adversarial situations. Narelle also coached senior managers and training staff on delivering the program in future so it is now an enduring asset to the organisation (ie, the Train-the-Trainer component of the program).

Delivered the training and communications for the rollout of tablet computing to 200 Sheriff's Officers across Victoria. The rollout transformed the role and enabled the implementation of advanced technological tools such as Automatic Numberplate Recognition.
