As a Customer Service Officer at the QLD Tennis Centre I worked at the Cafe as well as in the ProShop. I was a barrister and waitress for the cafe, taking orders, preparing meals and basic cleaning duties. At the ProShop I helped with customer enquiries for clothes, racquets and tennis shoes and also re-strung tennis racquets.
