Passionate about solving business challenges, I left Bank of America in 2013 to explore entrepreneurship. I initially developed mobile apps, e-commerce websites, and branding solutions, embracing challenges that matched my skills. I viewed each venture as a learning opportunity, thriving on this exhilarating pursuit.In 2015, I joined Raasta Studios to assist my college friends in expanding the business. Recognising the need for operational leadership, I shifted my focus from Business Development to Business Operations. At 24, I embraced this role, learning from each mistake and continuously improving. Working with creative teams, I gained deep insights into their psyche and the nature of creative work. This journey shaped my approach to entrepreneurship, which I see as an art form. I focused on fostering a culture that nurtures creativity, developing values of Curiosity, Courage, Collaboration, Empathy, and Freedom.My tenure at Raasta was transformative, enhancing my abilities as a leader. In 2019, I became the CEO, guiding the company's evolution from a video production house to a creative solutions provider. We tackled communication challenges through storytelling, working with over 450 clients on more than 4000 projects across various formats.In 2021, I co-founded Xello Ventures Private Limited, aimed at supporting budding entrepreneurs. Xello helps founders navigate the complexities of business, striking a balance between the known and the unknown, tangible and intangible.Outside of work, I am an avid endurance athlete, recently completing the Ironman 70.3 in Goa. Endurance sports are vital for my mental and physical well-being. I'm also passionate about trekking, having explored a significant portion of the Himalayas, including the challenging Annapurna circuit. These athletic pursuits mirror the resilience and determination I apply in my entrepreneurial journey.
