CurrentVertical Lead of Strategic Sourcing for Major Capex equipment's, Green field/ Brown field expansion , Aerospace Tooling ( Jigs and Fixtures) , Hardware & Consumables, IT Vertical , Indirect InitiativesRoles & Responsibilities:Heading Corporate Sourcing for Tooling (Jigs & Fixtures ) and involved in New Vendor Development, Contract management, Cost control, Streamlining processes , Risk management of various programs, Supplier Assessment approvalsLeading Greenfield / Brownfield manufacturing expansion plant setup involving all contracts and equipment's purchase but not limited to Civil Projects, PEB Structural Setup, Electrical and Mechanical Equipment's purchaseHeading Corporate Supply chain vertical for all IT strategic company wise initiative, Key procurements and risk management, Engaged in business analytics and artificial intelligence initiatives, Annual contracts management and Cost controlHeading Capex procurement of Aerospace critical equipment purchases involving Milling machines, Turning Lathe machines, Mill Turn machines, Process automation equipment'sMonitoring auditing of all Supply chain process management from corporate perspective and managing process improvement initiatives Support for Organization business development projects and involved in Cost estimation of new projectsDriving new initiatives in Supply Chain Function like S2P implementation, Shared Services Implementation, Scrap E-auction contractsLeading the negotiations and to minimize total cost of ownership for goods and servicesStaff and manage team of supply chain professional to achieve KPIs of SCM and organization objects. Keep entire team motivated and train them to handle various risk situation and enable to take conscience decision
