The objective of the project is ensuring forest and land right to all eligible forest dwellers and habitations as per the provisions of FRA 2006 for improved wellbeing and ensure smooth entitlement delivery through advocacy with state and district administration along with networking with NGOs, CBOs and communities.My role & responsible-· Strengthening Forest Right Committee, facilitating claim submission individual forest right and community forest right and building capacities of PRI members on Gram Sabha facilitation and recommendation.· Resubmission of claim for those title holders, who have received titles with some discrepancies or adding the name of women in land title.· Assist SDLC in data management during processing the claim.· Constant follows up, through group representation to government officials, till the titles are received.· Use of digital device/web platforms for mapping.· Block and district level consultation with various stakeholders· Bringing the focus of concerned authorities on CFR in FRA implementation.· Formation of district level networking with NGOs and CBOs for advocacy.· State level alliance building and advocacy with state level actors to bring in more inclusive and sustainable CFR implementation guidelines.· Convergence (social & livelihood) with line department.· Promoting three Vana Dhan Bikash Kendra (VDBK) in Jagamohanpur,Raisuan Bimala & Khuntapada GP of Telkoi Block Keonjhar.· Mobilising 900 SHG members from 90 SHG for associates with three VDBK.· Share collection from shareholder, Bank account open, Preparation of Business plan and preparation training module and Selection of income generation activity for Vana Dhan Bikash Kendra.· As a master trainer Imparted training to VDVK leaders on Entrepreneur Skill Development Programme.

The objective of the project is ensuring that all children live in protective and enabling environment, free from abuse, neglect, exploitation and violence and provide comprehensive support to children through intervention that integrate health, nutrition, gender, education, livelihood and child protection.My role & responsible-· Establish rural employment Exchange (Digitalized)-Caters to providing employment services and enhancing employability opportunities for rural youth of project area and share with probable employers and skill training institutions.· Promotion of alternative livelihood option for youth- Farm/non-farm based enterprise & facilitation for self-employable skill training and ensure technical, financial, backward & forward linkage and handholding assistance to the youths to enable them to become potential entrepreneurs.· Applying different method in agriculture like SRI Method of paddy cultivation, Trellis method, Organic farming and Mushroom cultivation for training to women SHGs and farmers.· Networking with Govt. Non-Govt. & CSR training institutions and Govt. & private financial institutions- Interface with Bankers/Financial Institution with entrepreneurs. Ensuring Bank inclusion & insurance to youth.· Build enable environment for livelihood intervention at community level- Involving youth club to take the lead & carrier counselling to youths, financial inclusion and insurance inclusion.

My role and responsibilities-· Execute / facilitate capacity building, handholding support to SHG in forest range area· Promotion of income generation activities through SHG.· Responsible for local market linkage of SHG product, loan released and loan repayment.· Processing / value addition and marketing support of SHG product on cluster base.· Additional credit mobilization from bank/ financial institution to SHG.· Develop and disseminate critical quality parameters of SHG product of a cluster.

The main focus of the organization is upliftment of the disadvantage segment of the society. Community Banking Programme (Women SHG Federation).My role and responsibilities· Lead a team of ten field volunteer working in ten Panchayat with 120 SHG.· Imparted training to field volunteer and evaluated their work in regular intervals.· Promotion of women SHG federation-SHG formation, bank linkage, business plan, micro insurance, microfinance & annual budget for federation.
