Human Resources professional with business acumen and 15+ years HR and Operations experience in IT and ITES space.My belief in aligning human spirit with organizational endeavor being the key for success has been the guiding principle in developing and delivering an integrated business and people strategy.My journey thus far being with startups, has presented me with opportunities to work and deliver on challenging assignments while working with constraints to adapt and innovate in setting up HR departments, ramping recruitment to rightsizing, building winning teams and development of vendor base for outsourcing.I have co-led and collaborated for delivering on many large scale first-of-kind XML conversion projects and financial database creation projects for clients amongst Fortune 500 companies in STM Academia and Financial Information domains. I have also co-led and collaborated in effective and smooth transition from Services to Software Product Company and spin-off’s.
