I was the head of the Public Relations team for our college cult fest, IGNUS, which is the largest cultural fest in Northwestern India. The team consisted of 40 people, and we worked consistently for three months to ensure the fest's success. The team structure followed a hierarchy, with eight Assistant Heads under me, and each Assistant Head was responsible for managing four volunteers.I coordinated with other festival teams, primarily with event management, marketing, publicity and media, accommodation and transportation. Additionally, I served as a consultant to the web development team, providing guidance to create a user-specific website.
