Working with Customer service team of the industry and provide the after sale service of the Lithium Ion batteries which supplies to 2kw,4kw ,5kw&ESS segment, including 48V 50AH,48V 60AH,48V80AH &48V100AH battery banks.Maintain quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards at In house battery repair center and Customer sites.Handling & solve service related complaints of batteries in Delhi circle customers/dealers of the organization.Working on CRM portal for complaints logging, closing, generating reports and battery data management.Worked in Reliance Jio Passive Infra (LifePo4 Batteries &3KW SMPS) project for the rectification of the problem of Lithium Ion Batteries (Ex. cell over voltage, cell under voltage, BMS burn, cell unbalance, various testing, repair the faulty batteries, CBMS faults, SMPS faults etc...,) Skilled in operated automated battery test PLC machines for (Load bank testing & Charging test, Cell Equalization test, Cell Grading test, IR test, BMS test etc..)
