Scouting for the new suppliers for meeting the demands during our aggressive expansion.Directly interacting with the manufacturers and eliminate the traders to increase our BL.Consistently maintaining the quality and ensuring it should be under quality parameters by timely testing the products.Coordinating with Integration (Vendors to DC) and replenishment (DC to Stores) teams for better availability at right time.Visiting manufacturing units during every fortnight and to get a better idea about the new products and trends in the industry.Visiting Stores during every weekend (2 days) to understand the buying patterns of the customers by directly interacting with them.Ensure proper OL (Order Levels) for store wise sku wise for better availability and optimum inventory.Ensuring better availability of Imports where our BL is maximum and take a call regarding increase the store count or liquidate the old product and discontinue in future etc.,
