 Responsible for taken patient round and solve day to day problems. Clinical Coordination - Out Patient and In-Patient Department.  Day Care (Chemotherapy, Physiotherapy, Radiation Oncology).  Improving patient satisfaction scores in Non-clinical departments by participating in Staff Quality Managements activities. Coordinate with other departments for smooth functioning Handle Housekeeping, Attendant and security staff and solve service related issues. Ensure patient satisfaction. Responsible for Room readiness before patient admission and after patient discharge. Linen arrangement for patients and responsible for patient sponging and change linen of all Rooms. If found any other issues, immediate informed related department and make sure work is done. Staff arrangement for patient’s transportation, blood sample pick and drop and medicine collection from pharmacy. Working in operations team and responsible for patient care and facility department. Responsible for OT clearance of financial view. Prepare work schedule and duty roster of team. Vender management. Outsource manpower billing and management. Ensure room cleanliness, maintenance related issue on daily basis & inform to concerns for solving the issue. Responsible for Bio medical waste collection, segregation and dispatch management Handling food and beverage team and make sure actual diet send to patient according to dietician. Escalates admission issues and problems according to the established procedures to ensure timely resolution.
