My vision is to empower students from rural backgrounds with the skills and opportunities needed to succeed in today's job market.College Drives creates awareness and employment opportunities for students who often lack access to resources available in larger cities. We serve as a comprehensive training and placement cell, offering programs in soft skills, communication, interview skills, and career counseling. Our training modules are designed to be interactive and engaging, making learning both fun and effective.Under my leadership, College Drives has successfully onboarded several colleges as clients and connected with numerous companies for internships and job placements. My skills in creating pitch decks, developing business models, and presenting at events have been key in securing partnerships and funding.Before founding College Drives, I gained extensive experience in talent acquisition and human resources. As a Talent Acquisition Manager at IOTA - Institute of Talent Acquisition, I trained college students for placements, developed new training modules, and managed a team of recruiters and trainers. I interacted with clients to understand their needs, recruited through social media platforms, and organized company events to boost employee engagement.Previously, I served as a Sr. Human Resources Executive at Transact Global, managing IT and non-IT recruitment, campus hiring, and candidate screening. I developed a professional network to generate business referrals and led a team of recruiters to improve productivity.My career began at Trident Corp Technologies as a Human Resources Executive, where I screened and briefed candidates for IT and non-IT profiles, sourced candidates through job portals and social media platforms, and followed up on new business opportunities.I am skilled in communication, leadership, strategic thinking, problem-solving, and time management. My technical proficiency includes CorelDRAW, and social media management. I am also adept at graphic designing and content writing.Driven by a desire to make a positive impact on the lives of students and contribute to the growth of organizations, I am always eager to connect and explore opportunities to collaborate and make a difference together.
