• Accounting software Tally 9.0• Accounts Payables & Receivables (End to End process).• Bank reconciliation statement(BRS)verifying on daily basis(Axis,ICICI and HDFC bank ) and update the financial position to management.• TDS deduct on monthly basis, and Quarterly return prepared by myself and finally FUV file sent to auditor for filling.• Service tax filling individually & Service Tax Reversal Mechanism.• Month end closing activities like Provision entries of outstanding Liabilities and Prepaid Expenses, Depreciations, MIS report preparing on monthly basis and analysis the expenses variations, Finally month end report upload every end of the month to our portal.• Petty cash maintenance and control employee advances and expenses, and expenses maintain through cost center wise.• Knowledge of Individuals TDS on salary deduction and Transfer Pricing knowledge for Import and Export (Inter-division Transactions and reconciliation on monthly).• Co-ordinate with Auditors, Bankers and statutory related Govt Staffs.
