#Leading a Team of 33 quality Inspectors and 02 Team Leads & shop floor management for Quality.#To develop and define Vehicle control plan and Inspection standards for all models#Develop inspection strategy based on Standards as well as dynamic feedback from next Quality Gates, Customer audit.#Develop Periodic & robust training and evaluation plan for Inspection staff & engineers followed by frequent Qualification tests for critical functions like Drive test & Electrical tests.#Review daily assessment of Inspection process and direct the staff for immediate actions on the Inspection controls to prevent and work towards zero skips from each Quality gate.#Periodic assessment and review of the Inspection methods and tools to upgrade and achieve next level of accuracy and efficiency utilizing latest technology & bench mark practices.
