(In-Patient & Out-Patient).• Consultant Appointment Management.• Nurse Management.• Ward Management.• Biochemistry Lab.• Microbiology Lab.• Pathology Lab.• Pharmacy Management.• Blood Bank.• OT Management.• Payroll.Role : Software Dev AnalystResponsibility :Providing Implementation, Testing and L2 Application Support and Maintenance for US Hospitals.Ensuring all the SLA’s are achieved; service quality and client expectations are met or exceeded.Effectively Interact with Customers on Call to rectify issues based on severity.Effectively monitor, control and support service delivery, ensuring systems, methodologies and procedures are followed.Build and maintain client relationships.Requirement gathering and explaining the same to DEV Team.Application functional testing and creating test plan and test cases.
