At the start of my career I trained as a hairdresser and worked for a salon group for over 8 years. Whilst at the salon I also ran the training academy for the region.In 2003 I joined Wella professionals as the Field educator for the North - west.I had the opportunity to work on some amazing projects and with some of the biggest names in the hairdressing industry.Later I joined the sales team covering the Manchester area. I won numerous accolades including sales person of the year 3 times.In 2018 I joined the OPI professionals team as DSO UK/I National Field sales Manager, responsible for the Field sales business development managers.Responsibilities included coaching, recruitment, forecasting, mentoring, managing performance outages, planning and overall sales management.
