I have been able to develop a balance between the professionally qualified professionals from various reputed institutes and grassroots experienced people from local team.My team has proved its credibility with various bands and government projects as Whirlpool, UGC etc My Team has helped different international NGOs as in Unicef, MSF, CRY to build their donor data base to more than 200 thousand in last 15 years. In last decade I have been a speaker in different South Asia Group seminars. I have also been a part of Resource Alliance Group seminars in previous years. I have received number of awards for fundraising using telefacing technique and doing exceptional in telemarketing section. I have also helped number of grass root level NGOs and startups to grow on their strategic part that too without any fee.I am very strong believer of connecting with the people as per him this helps him to understand the changing era and cope with it.
