To streamline information flow and automate documentation approval process between our field locations and manufacturing representative, I introduced a new Microsoft SharePoint workflow process, reducing material receiving delay. Most notably, in collabortion with our maintenance engineers, I validated the cycle-time reduction (55%) of our product optical inspection process, by conducting new-equipment trials with Keyence Corporation, with forecasted annual savings of USD $79.9k.
