Work responsibility:🔸Working as Engineer (Site Engineer) responsible for Kotdamath site, Gujarat having site capacity of 168 MW consisting of different capacities of 80 Wind Turbines(S111 & S120) as 2.1 MW involving in each team & Site Operation , Preventive Maintenance, Breakdown Maintenance, & Modification Projects, commissioning. 🔸Also performing role of Safety supervisor for site & report to Area safety in charge. 🔸Responsible for conducting toolbox Talk and daily work to team briefings & implementing the preventive & predictive maintenance schedules for improving the overall reliability of Turbines in order to increase the life cycle and ensuring safety of Human & as well as plant equipment. 🔸Ensuring Safety is top most priority at work place before caring out any work at site. 🔸Accountable for ensuring Quality, Safety and Environmental requirements for the site are being maintained on site. 🔸Timely Updating of Daily Generation Report & Monthly Generation Report to Respective HODs. 🔸Planning of whole WTG activities like Preventive Maintenance, Breakdown Maintenance. 🔸Handing over & Taking over (HOTO) of WTGs from projects to O&M after final inspection with documentation.

Work responsibility:🔸Preparing Site Shift Schedule and manpower handling. 🔸6 month Preventive Maintenance: Greasing (Yaw, Main Bearing, Generator, Blade Bearing), Cleaning, Visual Inspections, Insulation Resistance Test, Filter replacements of cooling Fans in Panel & Electrical Inspections of relays and circuits. 🔸12 month Preventive Maintenance: Greasing (Yaw, Main Bearing,Generator,Blade Bearing), Cleaning, Visual Inspections, Insulation Resistance Test,Filter replacements of cooling Fans in Panel & Electrical Inspections of relays and circuits Check pitch cylinder and HU accumulator pressure Filling N2 accordingly. 🔸Operations of Wind turbine generators, Fault Finding & Troubleshooting of Errors. 🔸Maintaining Data sheets and Log Sheets for smooth operations at Site. 🔸SCADA Monitoring of wind farm. 🔸 Large Corrective: (Pitch Cylinder replacement)🔸GOT🔸Store Inventory🔸Manpower Handling
