• Having 3 years of experience in US Staffing as a Bench Sales Recruiter.• Expert in Bench sales including of H1B, TN’s, GC’s & H4-EAD. • Having the knowledge about the Tax terms in US and Payment terms.• Coordinating with the consultant in order to know their comfortableness with the requirement before submitting to the Vendor.• Posting the resumes in all job portals like Dice, Monster, Indeed and Bench info etc.,• Submitting the consultant resumes to all suitable job postings on all portals.• Track submission and make regular follow-ups.• Intimating the entire team regarding client submission to avoid duplication.• Inform the consultant regarding the vendor calls and end client interview schedules.• Prepare the consultants for the end client interviews.• Negotiate rates with the vendors and clients.• Maintaining good relationship with the Vendors, Clients as well as Consultants.• Identifying the potential vendors and maintaining healthy relationship with them.
