Key Duties: Issuance of work orders to the concerned Engineers for the aircraft located at Southern Region India. Scrutinizing the work orders received from CAMO before issuing it to Engineers. Scrutinizing the completed work orders received from Line and Base Maintenance. Man power planning for upcoming scheduled maintenance & special jobs requiring approved and skilled manpower.  Closing of all work orders in ERP – RAMCO after completion of task on regular basis. Planning of Scheduled Maintenance Checks on all bases as per the Aircraft Flying Program provided by the Operator by ensuring the availability of concerned Engineer and Hanger slot availability with approval. Extracting Manual Task cards from website of OEM & preparing list of tools & spares required for all Major Maintenance Checks to obtain Base Approval from DGCA.  Preparation of Man Hours in liaison with concerned Engineers against each task for all Major checks as per the contract between AWI & Customer for the purpose of Quotation evaluation & Ground time. Handling GSD and stores activities for base Maintenance inspection.

Key Duties: To ensure that then stock of incoming spare parts have appropriate documents duly signed by authorized signatories and are not detoriated or damaged. To ensure prompt dispatch to items to support maintenance operations. A proper record is maintained for items having received Storage/Shelf life expiry periods. Items not meeting the PO requirements are removed and quarantined pending disposition from QA to be accepted or rejected & sent back to supplier To ensure that all Parts/ Materials received meet their storage conditions of Temp, Humidity etc.  To act promptly when the items required to be procured on AOG basis POSITION HELD ONSITE REPRESENTATIVE (Re-delivery & C Check at MASGMR ) Availability of material to be supported by organization to be handed over to MRO prior to Aircraft induction along with serviceable tag Material Required against NRC to be provided  MCC requirement to by Entertained on priority  Preparing component swapping plan for Re-delivery aircraft  Daily meeting with stake holder for immediate required approval & discussion on daily progress  Liaising with Onsite Rep from lessor & providing required maintenance data, aircraft access.

Key Duties: Coordinating maintenance team over various stations for recovery of kingfisher A320, 321 &ATR 72-212A aircraft Pre-planning of all required tooling and spares in liaison with other departments. Interacting with customer to sort out day to day aircraft maintenance issues at various stations.  Detail study of preservation, de-preservation task cards, SB and AD to position tool, component, expendables and consumables to utilize it in maximum efficiency. Ensure all aircraft spares & material required for recoveries are preloaded for effective scheduling of work with proper requisition. Preparing Technical Document review and Evaluation of SB/AD/SL and all technical documents Preparation of work packages, organizing daily production planning meetings and review of work packages after completion. Preparation of Man Hours in liaison with concerned Engineers against each task for all Major checks as per the agreement between AWI & Customer for the purpose of Quotation evaluation & Ground time. Ensure and provide day to day status report on work progress of checks. Scrutinizing and archiving all completed Technical documents.

Key Duties: Tracking rotables installed and removed from aircraft. Worked on the categorization of fast moving and Slow moving spares of all the aircrafts in jet airways fleet. Preparing pre-load spare list for maintenance checks and updating a daily shortage list and coordinating with logistics for sourcing and provisioning of materials for shortage items. Ensure all Assets /Stocks / Resources which includes Tools and Equipment’s that are utilized in the best possible manner to achieve maximum return and service at right time.
