Accountable for installation & commissioning, instrumentation & control and maintenance/troubleshooting, working as a shift in charge.Key Tasks HandledInstallation & CommissioningSupervising the installation and commissioning of plant instrumentation system with focus on loop checking of DCS and PLCs, calibration of field and panel instruments, transmitter, control valves, etc.Testing and loop checking of equipment and removing any technical errors arising in their performance.Instrumentation & ControlHandling the calibration and servicing of pneumatic, electrical, electronics and microprocessor-based instruments for power plants.Maintenance of calibration records and documents as per pre set requirements.Maintenance/TroubleshootingUndertaking preventive and routine maintenance of all process control and instrumentation equipment in the process plants and 5.5 MW Captive Power Plant.Troubleshooting all technical problems arising in the functioning of PLC/DCS instruments, controllers, control-valves, transmitters and 5.5 MW Captive Power Plant.
