I am a seasoned technical professional with nearly 2 decades of experience comprising 16+ years in Testing Hybrid STBs and OTT Platforms across various devices including iOS, Android, ATV, and browsers, and 2+ years of DVD Recorder/Player Domain. My career has allowed me to work with renowned clients such as Airtel (India), ASTRO (Malaysia), beIN (Qatar), and YES (Israel), where I have honed my skills in delivering high-quality, reliable solutions in dynamic environments.As a QA and Test Manager, I am dedicated to the full lifecycle of project success. This includes taking ownership of quality and test advocacy, meticulously planning and managing resources, and resolving any issues that may impact the testing process. I have extensive experience driving multiple projects concurrently, employing Agile methodologies to navigate from scoping to delivery. My role often involves presenting changes, issues, risks, and contingency plans to ensure a balanced approach to project resources, schedules, and scope.In my current association with NDS/CISCO/SYNAMEDIA Ind as Lead QA Engineer, I direct a team of Test Engineers in daily operations, planning, execution, and delivery. Estimate effort for new features and deliveries, identify risks, and drive successful project completion. Provide technical insights for new requirements, dependencies, and impact analysis during product/roadmap workshops. Plan and execute A/B testing strategies.
