Billing Operations & Assurance :-• Directing & Controlling Billing Operations & Assurance ( Retail & Interconnect )• SLA Management for Key Deliveries. • Maintain Quality and TAT; while ensuring SLA are meet• Review existing process and design changes for better cost optimisation• Implementation of Checks and Controls for Minimizing errors• Identification of Revenue Leakage• Prevention and Fixation of identified gaps for Revenue Leakage• Pricing plan Configurations • Design, analysis & testing of Product & Plans• Look out for Continues Process improvement and automating the manual work• Reconciliations & Certification of accounts before final bill Generation • Supervising Error, Suppress & Unbilled Accounts Collections:-• Monitor Collection Dashboard & Trends for Billing, assist team in collecting past dues & Resolve Payment issues.• Daily Monitoring of Collection trends against billing to ensure 100% collection in same month. • Involve internal stakeholders such as Legal, Sales team to address customer issues. • Review monthly bucket movement for Pre-Due & Past Due. • Ensure all payment received in the month are posted and accounted within the same month. • Initiate Service disruptions for customers crossing credit threshold. • Take appropriate Legal Actions against defaulters in coordination with Legal team. • Responsible for Collection Projection and Target Setting for team. • Review of RTBD and Bad debts bucket moment. • Prepare plan for Bad Debts (Past Due) collections. • Preparation of write-off statement as per the policyDisputes / Complaints Resolutions• Dispute Resolution for issue arising on account of Incorrect Billing. • Analysing and resolving the disputes arising for customer billing received via VOC • Identification of Gaps related to IT system/Network/PO etc., and ensure permanent Fix • Responsible for RCA and Permanent Fix for issues related to billing. • Posting of Credit / Debit Note.
