● Coordinating Inspection & Testing activities (Destructive & Non Destructive Testing).This includes Visual Inspection, Mechanical Testing (Tensile Testing, Impact Testing and Hardness Testing) ● Ultrasonic Thickness Testing, Penetrate Testing, Hydraulic Burst Test & Pressure Cycling Test.Reviewing procedure related to the above testing and examination as per Indian Standard IS 7285 (Part 1) 2004.● Monitor the manufacturing activities and Stage wise Inspection.This includes Tube cutting, Spinning, Drilling, Heat Treatment, Neck Machining, Hydraulic Test, Pneumatic Test, Shot blasting, Data stamping, Painting and Pre despatch inspection.● Responsible for the implementation of inspection Test plan during manufacturing. Review of the Process Control Documents i.e. Production plan, process Sheet, QAP, Inspection & Testing Procedures, Manufacturing Procedure Specification etc. ● Coordinating with Third Party Inspection Agency i.e. Bureau of Indian Standard for certification and approval of our product.To prepare product drawing as per applicable standard and customer requirement.● Coordinating with Inspecting Agency BIS and Statutory Authority Chief Controller of Explosive for the product drawing approval, Periodic Inspection and type approval procedure (prototype test).Preparing product certificate and filling permission application for the every lot of cylinder.● Maintain data i.e. party wise despatch data, yearly inspection data and presentation chart.● Preparing documents for Annually Renewal of License.● Arranging calibration of testing & manufacturing instruments as per schedule.● Knowledge of grant of license and further approval procedure.

Responsibility includes reviews of Quality Documents, Raw material technical delivery condition etc in line with Customer specifications and related with applicable standard.Coordinating Client Audits, Third Party Inspection & Pre inspection meetings etc.● Coordinating with Inspecting Agency BIS, SGS, BVQI, MECON, GIL, IT Engg & Statutory Authority Chief Controller of Explosive for the product drawing approval, Periodic Inspection and type approval procedure (prototype test) & Product Certification.● Looking after Quality Assurance Department & Handling the activities related to implementation of ISO 9001 quality management system. Preparing product certificate and filling permission application for the every lot of cylinder.● Communicating agencies for calibration of testing & manufacturing instruments as per schedule.● Knowledge of grant of license and further approval

● Responsible for stage wise inspection, Defect analysis & Rectification.Coordinate Inspection and Testing. This includes Tensile Test, Poldi Hardness Test, Magnetic Particle Test, Penetrate Test, and Radiography Test.● Knowledge of welding approval procedure. ● Responsible for the reviewing the documents of welding procedure specification (WPS), Procedure Qualification (PQR), welder / Welding Operator Performance Qualification as per ASTM & ASME Section IX.Hand on experience in post Heating and Post Weld heat treatment.
