 Responsible for All Plant Activities ( A PRODUCTION TOOL ROOM ) from Reverse engg., Product design, tool design & manufacturing as well .• Review all Party orders / Enquirers with Marketing and Design on feasibility for manufacturing and delivery. • Receive Internal Tool Mfg from tool room and draw up completion calendar from design to Tool assembly keeping the committed FOT dates.• Review Production progress as per the calendar on a daily basis with. Prod team and QA In-charge and alert Director in case of delays ahead of committed target dates. • Review QA report, customer feed back and trail feed back with Design / Tool Room , QA In charge and document corrections required on mould. • Review priorities with Production / Tool Maintenance team on a daily basis, provide the required machining or purchase support to ensure tools are given back to production as committed.• Drive Key performance indicators such as Machine utilization, Tool build status, On Time Delivery & First Pass Quality of tools and provide data for weekly / monthly review meetings along with defects / rejections data captured.
