•Installation, De-installation, Repair & Preventive Maintenance Service of CT Scan (SIEMENS Medical Systems)&MRI (SIEMENS Medical Systems 1.5 TESLA MRI)•Respond to customer call-outs or breakdown of the machine.•Timely machine calibration, servicing and maintenance for uninterrupted operation and optimum performance with maximum equipment up-time.•Trouble-shoot the root cause analysis of failures & devise prompt breakdown solutions with minimum down time of the machine.•Inform Service Manager of the status of repairs, scheduled inspections, unusual equipment situations, and any customer concerns.•Follow up of AMC/CMC & Purchase Order for parts or accessories with the customer.•Assisting installation site plans and site construction supervision.
