• Operation, Control and daily check of DG Sets up to 4030KVA LT Synchronise Panels.• Maintenance and operation of electrical generation and distribution system consisting of 11 KV HT VCB,ACB including dry type transformer up to 1 MVA, HT Panel, LT Panel and distribution boards.• Operation and control of HVAC up to 400 TR chiller plant, AHUs.• Maintenance of fire fighting equipment with total auto control system,pump house,fire alarm system & fire detector.• Maintenance and operation of KONE Lifts.• Operation and trouble shooting of access control system.• Keeping track of OEM service under warranty management & AMC management.• Records temperature of transformer at specified intervals and prepare reports, maintain inventories, and keep accurate records of equipment and supplies.• May inspect equipment such as transformer, pump, batteries, UPS , Fire fighting panels and circuit breakers to detect defects , safety rules , permits , PLC , BMS , panels and starters.• To maintain the log book of consumption of HT meters and LT meters.• To maintain the operation and maintenance of DC batteries,UPS and repair motor,pump and plumbing for water supply,

• Responsible for giving material demand SAP.• Responsible for set-up and first piece approval on line as per control plan.• Responsible for reducing in process rejection on the line.• Provide quarterly inspection data and assurance reports to senior management.
