Job Profile Cash Operations As an Senior executive (Cash-Management) I Am working with Project of Cash team Handling SIB project of Bhopal, Delhi, Maharashtra region along with approx. 750 ATMs(SBI) from April 2015 to till now. By Coordinating with Banks and bankers setting up new process and executing of opening of new accounts as per bank requirement, co-ordinating with CRA, Vendor & Internal Team and Executing Cash Live ATMs or tech live ATMs along with successful Cash transactions. Implementing and setting up process with Banks for cash related activity in daily operations. Implementing and setting up process with Banks and CRA for reconciliation and other issues. Coordinating with CRA and Banks for account opening. Giving technical support to field custodians for making machine cash live or remove the technical issues from ATMs. Implementing cash and account process for all banks in Patna for SBI projects. Loading cash into ATMs. Preparation of BR and Authorization letter. Handling the escalations from bank along with the CRA. Monitoring the 750 ATMs along with the cash loading and FLM & SLM. Prepare the monthly reports of cash loading, FLM and SLM. MIS Analyze the monthly reports. Provide the monthly reports to the bank. Maintaining the database. FEASIBILITY We have to Check CRA feasibility for the ATMs for cash loading. We have to find out with which CRA maximum loading can possible with better performance. After feasibility arrange the process of handover as well as takeover along with the successful transaction.
