I facilitate business organizations and their executives to improve organizational performance and systematically drive innovation and continuous improvement to optimize key business results. My strength is in identifying and defining customer and business requirements, and cascading those down the line, to the different levels of organization, through a systematic balanced score card approach. I started my career as an Industrial Engineer with Vardhman Textiles and established an industrial engineering department. After spending a couple of years, I went for my post-graduation and joined the National Productivity Council where I got immense opportunity to improve the productivity and performance of a wide range of organizations from family-owned businesses, PSUs, MNCs etc. I showcased my creative and analytical skills in solving complex problems through managing softer issues as well as solving engineering issues and even building mathematical models. During my tenure, I visited several Asian countries such as South Korea, Cambodia, Japan, and Malaysia, to attend workshops and learn how the Japanese Management System has been implemented in organizations of these countries. Got an opportunity to visit the Macca of modern manufacturing practices and continuous improvement -Toyota. In 2008, I got the opportunity to manage the full breadth of quality functions at KDDL Ltd. as Head Corporate Quality & Engineering, a key supplier for dials to domestic as well as all major Swiss brands In 2009, I moved to PTU Gian Jyoti School of TQM & Entrepreneurship (later changed to PTU Nalanda) as General Manager Consultancy and Training division (responsible for P/L). With my team I transformed more than 30 MSME units using lean practices with cumulative savings of more than Rs 8 Cr. Trained more than 10000 people in Lean, quality management and operations management through NPC, PTU Nalanda, Anagha Quality Solutions, Mahindra Institute of Quality and other training institutes, certified more than 400 learners in Lean Six Sigma Green Belts and Black Belts.For three years I served as Program Coordinator and Visiting Professor for Centre for Total Quality Management with Punjab Engineering College and then moved to Kaizen Institute where I am engaged with clients for South East Asia, Africa and UAE (GCC countries) for implementing their flagship program of Kaizen Change Model.
