He brings to the table over 20 years of experience in learning & development.Whilst working in the banking sector as a promotional partner, he developed training skills by training sales & customer service teams on various products and services. Product training is intricate, as it requires a lot of analytical skills and an eye-for-details. Gradually he ventured into sales training.Later, he ventured into behavioural training. He was closely involved in the formulation of Training Need Analysis, Design training methodology & learning reinforcement. He supports his clients to deliver business results through translating objectives into practical action plans, implementing training management procedures & equipping people with the required skills/competencies. His expertise is facilitation, learning & development need analysis, Performance Management & Coaching & Mentoring.He designs workshops/interventions for better career progression and performance management. His practical approach helps him to understand and respond to the real pressures and issues faced by the management.
