My job profile includes development of new products ,Value engineering of existing products, improvement of existing design to reduce the field failures

Address new developments required by the customer.Design and development of new ECGs for lamps.Creation / Updating BOM for new developments.Testing & validation of FTL & CFL control gears.Adequate knowledge of handing related test equipments.Through Knowledge of EMI/EMC, Surge & Photometery test instruments and their specification.Through Knowledge on working principal of lamps and control gearsTesting for safety as per IEC / BIS and test of performance as per PSP electrical and photometry. Test analysis corrective action / suggestion to product managements Failure analysis of FTL & CFL control gears.Technical Documentation of the test result and maintaining golden / approved samplesKnowledge of BIS standards related to FTL & CFL Control gears. Having knowledge of design topologies of power supplyProjects Handled :-Designing and evaluation of fluorescent tubular lamps modules up to 36W(single as well as multi lamps)Designing and evaluation of compact fluorescent lamps modules up to 23W(HPF as well as NPF).
