• Engage and individually manage a large volume portfolio of key customer accounts• Work closely with stakeholders within each customer account to identify their work flow processes and business challenges to create a Business Requirements document and project plan in regards to the successful implementation of their chosen Replicon solution.• Oversee the successful implementation/configuration of Replicon’s product suite for each customer account by working with an Implementation Specialist• Identify and prioritize accounts based on outstanding issues, growth opportunity, strategic value and renewal time frame• Develop a strategy for each account that identifies their critical success factors, measurable milestones, potential obstacles and recommended plan of action• Work collaboratively with various internal team/individuals for the best interest of the customer (technical support, engineering, sales, etc.)• Overlooking the complete Project Life Cycle processes like Project initiation, planning,execution, monitoring and control, Support hand off and project closure. Guide the ProjectManagers through the complete process on every Enterprise Project.• Hands on experience in working on small, medium, and large projects. The average Project period range between 1 month, 3 months and 3 months to 12 months for small, medium, and large/Enterprise projects. Hands on experience in drafting project plans for any size of project.• Join enterprise scoping calls and understand the clients business and help them with a solution with Replicon product.• Reduce Project Cost by creating a strong project plan and regularly reviewing andoptimizing to avoid unnecessary wastage off budget, time, and resources.• Worked closely with the Development, Customization, Integration and CSM's to ensure customer’s requirements are met.• Execute the road map with complete ownership of delivery timeline for project set-up.
