Ran a multi-million dollar project for the Singapore government in the area of workflow and imaging. Business development in the Americas and Europe.Lead a team that helped acquire software process quality certification for the company.

Operationalize SBI Factors - the first factoring org in India - were in a race to beat Wipro that was doing a similar project for Canara Bank; we beat them by a mile. My team was awesome.And then ran a Shipping & Logistics Management project for a shopping agent in Rotterdam. Boy, was that tough? Came out relatively unscathed.

Kicked off the branch computerization program, working closely with Wipro Infotech. Took a long time to get Bombay, Madras, Calcutta (yeah those were the names then), Hyderabad, Delhi operational. But it was quite a learning. I grew up here!

Bunch of things, but the craziest thing was when I was helping set up the h/w & s/w infrastructure for Cadbury India's Data Processing Dept. Ran like a hare to finish the install on a promised date...had a do a bunch of crazy tricks to finish, but stayed on a neat 48 hours to finish by 2am on D-Day. At 2.30am, the head of Cadbury IT, Ashok Jain, had a job.
