It wasn't until the 13th grade, when I took a public speaking course, that I experienced a significant transformation. From then on, I embraced every opportunity to speak and train, even though my confidence was once shattered during a corporate stint. I learned from that experience, worked hard to regain my confidence, and eventually thrived in conducting trainings and speaking engagements within my organization.My Experience: With 28 years of corporate experience as a Learning and Development professional and as a certified NLP practitioner from ANLP, Goa, I have honed my expertise in HR - Training and Development, Talent Induction, Knowledge Management, Change Management, and Employee Engagement. I played a pivotal role in branding the HR Department of my company through innovative newsletters, showcasing various HR initiatives – a first in the company’s history.My Transformation: In my role within HR Learning & Development, I trained over 1000 employees, from Front Line Managers to Senior Management, which significantly boosted my confidence and changed my outlook.
