Responsible for Testing, Validation and Verification of all type of Lighting Products (LED Bulb, Down Lights, Panel Light, Tube Light, Flood Light, Bay Light, Street Light, Strip Light, Under Water light, Waterproof Light, COB Light, Step Light, Focus Light, ) as per standard.Handles Techno-commercial issues with Suppliers and Customers for development of new products.Responsible for new vendor selection & assessment.Handles the testing laboratory, instrument requirement, instrument calibrations as per BIS requirement.Responsible for government inspections like EESL, RITES etc. Responsible for documents implementation at vendor place as per company procedure.Responsible for customer complaints, root cause analysis and corrective action implementation at vendor place.
