• Certified as a Trainer for Fortinet devices and solutions since 2007• I moved the traditional Training method where courses were delivered in physical classrooms to the new virtual method, that is in e-learning mode through an interactive webinar platform and students are able to gain access to an advanced virtual lab environment.

• I have gained an in-depth technical expertise on IT Security and Networking fields from the level Core to the endpoint. Network Design and Security Assessment represent not only my main skills but a real passion that I intend to grow further in the future.• I designed physical and virtual infrastructure in the main Italian data centers, mainly operating on VMWare hypervisor, architecture design of servers and SAN complete my skills.

• I cured the relationships between Vendors and the Partners on the Italian distribution channel working closely with the Vendor’s Distributor Director, Channel Manager and Service Engineering Team defining strategies to be pursued to push sales both on low-end and high-end Italian market.

• A technical path led me to be recruited in 1999 in one of the first operators of Internet connectivity called Italia On-Line, absorbed in different steps before by Infostrada, then from the Mannesmann group afterwards sold to Wind Telecommunications in more recent years.By Operator in a Technical Help Desk environment I furnished technical assistance to the people who had Internet connectivity problems when still free dial-up Internet did not exist. Subsequently transferred to the Back-Office Data & Internet department I have been involved in various steps of the maintenance of transport networks Frame-Relay, ATM and SDH in the Network Operations Center before and Security Operation Center then.• Knowledge of the various Core systems used in the MSSP NOC and SOC: Cisco routers and switches with static and dynamic routing such as OSPF, EIGRP, IGRP and BGP; Juniper SRX platform; Huawei for interconnection Data and Internet; Fixed and Mobile telephony systems and central xDSL DSLAM such as Marconi, Alcatel, Siemens and Nokia for basic troubleshooting by Citrix management software.• I delivered also technical support to the internal Sales force (Service Quality Manager and Service Engineering), to the Customer Service and Provisioning.

Short chapter (approximately 2 months) in a highly stimulating international environment as a Technical Video and TLC during the Olympic Winter Games of Torino 2006 at TOBO (Turin Olympic Broadcasting Organization) as part of a project sponsored by the Polytechnic of Turin. During the races of speed skating held at the Oval Lingotto Stadium in Turin, I was responsible for the management of slow-motion, and the audio/video control settings; in the hours before and after the races I was also in charge of the design and positioning of videocameras on the track as well as the configuration software provided by the main Nippon Broadcasting (NHK ltd);Coordination with other international Companies involved in the project was undoubtedly the most formative activity for my following careers.
