MAKInteract is a KAIST lab, focused on Human-Computer Interaction UX hardware with award-winning publications in famous venues (UIST and CHI). As an intern, I designed and developed a VR research software application. Research is in progress.* Led a research project investigating the effects of visuo-haptic illusions (VHI) on the perceived resolution of floor shape displays* Designed and developed a VR app implementing retargeting and redirection techniques on the foot-based passive haptic device* Coordinated user studies with 32 participants and workshops with 4 designers to understand the haptic experience design of VHI.* Automated trackers calibration, samples randomisation, and data collection processes, speeding up the study duration by 30% (from 80 min to 60 min)* Conducted weekly meetings, proposing trackers calibration and physical/virtual position-matching, achieving a more realistic VR* Researched and analyzed data for 35+ pilot and official user studies using MATLAB and Python
