- establishing a good relationships with suppliers and increasing suppliers data base- Prepare proposal, requesting quotes, and negotiating purchase terms and conditions.- Monitoring suppliers’ performance and resolving issues and concerns.- Preparing reports and maintaining accurate inventory cost and procurement savings record.- Purchase requisition submission & follow up with the suppliers from receiving the order confirmation till the arrival note.- Arranging the booking with logistics and provide them with all Doc they need.- Updating the system daily with purchase orders situation to make it easy for all departments to follow it up.- Record all invoices on payment system, issuing the payment requests according due dates and help financial team to collect doc to send it to the bank.

- Develop a production plan in accordance with the agreed policy and procedures. Calculating the materials to be purchased according to size break down received from sales Dep. - Making a BOM for each model and adding the materials consumption based on modelist advice for manufacturing. - Reviewing raw materials inventory monthly , and making a list of deficiencies- Placing purchase orders for all missing items keeping in mind production lead time for each item, MOQ , shipping lead time ( calculating safety stock ).- Follow up arrival dates for all open Pos to make sure it will catch our green dates and customer deliveries.- Sorting leftover qty trying to get rid of it.
