I’m a technologist who has oscillated between trying to run towards and away from that identity. I believe technology can change the world for the better and am passionate about applying that energy to improving healthcare. I love to laugh and learn, feel guilty for not doing enough, and believe if you are doing the right things with the right people it never feels like work. I'm proud to combine all of that in leading LookDeep Health - to help hospitals be ever present for every patient.I began my career writing code at Accenture’s Center for Strategy Technology and constantly trying to prove that I was more than just a techie. Fast forward through to webMethods, a startup where I led the creation of new products, to getting an MBA, to taking a job in corporate strategy at SAP, to leading strategy, marketing, and technology for Appirio, the company I helped create - and for many my early technical roots are a surprise. In the end, I love the opportunity for innovation technology creates and want to understand how it can work from development, to design, to business model disruption.Aside from that I love mashing up my interests and passions - basketball (sports) and technology, friends and philanthropy, laughing and learning, television with my better half and whatever other new pairings I can discover.Specialties: Tech Innovation, New Product Development, Crowdsourcing, Marketing, Sales, Support and Consulting/Technology/Corporate Strategy, Cloud, Healthcare, Medical Technologies, Data Science, Machine Learning and AI.
