Word360 is the largest language services agency in the West Midlands delivering services globally in over 55 countries, through a global network of over 9800 linguists.I started working for Word360 in February 2020 as a Recruitment Coordinator. I am responsible for the recruitment of new linguists and to fulfil ever-growing booking demands for our clients. I oversee the entire recruitment process, from sourcing new linguists to evaluating incoming applications and beyond.I hope to create efficient internal processes that allow us to keep up with growing demands; in a manner that is in the best interests of the service users/patients, clients and our linguist base.
