Part of the Capital, Estates and Facilities department, my main role is to manage the Facilities service delivery contracts for Ealing Community Partnership (ECP).

Managing Facilities contractors within the LNWUHT community properties. Carrying out audits to ensure compliance of National Standards of Cleanliness, Infection Prevention and Control, Safe Management of Healthcare waste, Catering Services and Linen & Laundry. Participate in PLACE. Budget Management. Contract negotiations and reviews of existing contracts. - Successfully implementing and managing the uniform ordering process for Trust clinical staff with clear instructions on procedures to follow for the Linen/Laundry and Receipts/Distribution departments.- This role requires excellent communication skills, problem solving, multi-tasking with organisational skills and the ability to learn new skills quickly, ensuring patients are put at the HEART of everything we do with dignity and respect.

Accepted the job in Administration to get a step back into the NHS. Quickly progressed to Management level as Facilities Support Manager.
