My job scope involves three broad areas - public policy and advocacy, communications (external and internal) and corporate responsibility. I look after the Malaysia and Singapore operations for this function. In 2008 I was based in Pfizer India as Corporate Affairs Director for India. Some key areas of my work include:- assess the business operating environment and develop strategies to influence the environment positively for the business- represent my organisation at industry and/or business chambers and take a lead in driving the issues- develop partnerships with patient groups to develop trust and expand access- support the business by generating a patient demand through media and other public relations activities- issues management both internal and external

Was seconded to Pfizer India as corporate affairs director handling government advocacy, media relations, issues management and access programs.

Grey Healthcare was the healthcare communications arm of Grey Worldwide. I set up the division which was a specialist communications division catering to the healthcare and pharmaceutical industry. Some of my clients then included Pfizer, MSD, Aventis Pasteur, Pharmaniaga, Xepa Soul. Our services included strategic communications planning and management, media relations and brand building/rebranding.
