The right words can be incredibly effective, but so can a little care and empathy. As an experienced Speech Pathologist who specializes in early intervention, autism, and language delays, I’m consistently reminded that all anyone wants is to be understood.  I’ve worked with diverse populations in both the public and private sectors, learning from and cherishing some amazing (and sometimes challenging) experiences. A passion for diversity and uniquely tailored therapies has led me to start my own private practice. I’m the owner and manager of Avid Speech Therapy in Fountain Valley, California. I also write a professional blog with distinctive content as well as contract part-time in a public school setting.
