• Coordinate with Business Unit HR Manager in Cost Allocation Exercise of each unit.• Responsible to Coordinate with Recruitment and Selection unit on Hiring Process.• To develop, seek approval and maintain the salary ranges of the business unit.• To facilitate departments in team building activities such as offsite, informal/formal meetings.• Conduct & recommend TNA for the for the Business and took approval from Management.• Responsible for handling all separation issues from business unit perspectives in facilitation.• Responsible for processing all advance medical payment.• Responsible for preparing Monthly Head Count Report.

• Ensure compliance of the recruitment policy and procedure.• Serve Job offers to the candidates as per requirement of the organization.• Maintain employees’ personal files.• Send pay roll of the newly joined employees and monthly intern’s stipend report to finance department.• Coordinate of various recruitment operations and procedures.• Arrange interviews on daily basis. Lining Up the interviewers panel, updating seniors about the daily interviews status.• Prepare HAF.• Screening of Cv's• Generate Geo Employee Rabta.• Internal / external coordination of interviews.• Regular follow up with the respective hiring managers and candidates to ensure timeliness of recruitment process. Maintain and ensure confidentiality of the hiring process from organizational and the candidate perspective.• Other HR related support duties as assigned by the Human Resource Manager.
