About Narjis Niaz She is an enthusiastic leader and social activist, having vast knowledge and grip in social issues or matters related to political, media, economic and work with dedication to uplift the society through her pure devotion. She started her vision of helping society or work for the betterment of society in 2014 through the platform of ALMs360, with this platform she had helped 6208 people. In her opinion every human has sent in earth with a test and purpose. She believes that her aim is to advocate the common masses about growing social ills in society, and to make ways for the people to go through these issues. Her motivation is fear of Allah, which reinforce her in her aims to help the people. The emergence of NGOs in result of rapid globalization had provided the way to her in achieving aims through the trust.PROFESSIONAL CAREER Narjis Niaz had vast experience of different fields, which benefitted her in dealing and helped her to interact and comprehend the people. She has started her professional career as the Ambassador’s head in Entrepreneur Development Institute. She worked as executive at HR department of Al-Groshi Hajj Company. She also worked in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs as internee, where she played vital role in analyzing and assisting recommendation relating to social issues i.e. poverty, food insecurity and Gender inequality. Narjis Niaz had also worked in SAARC as internee. She is working as the Chairwomen of ALMS360 Trust and working in Ministry of Foreign Affair in HR department. PERSONAL SKILL Narjis Niaz is multi-task person, she attain her professional job experience and working diligently to upgrade the ALMS360 Trust, she is best in communication and comprehend the human psychology. Her ambitions has embedded in her personality in that manner that makes her an excellent planner and decision-maker. EDUCATION Narjis has completed her SSC in science subjects, intermediate in Humanitarian group, Bachelors in Political Science and Masters’ in Peace and Conflict studies.
