Expertise in validating the reports against the database.• Good hand-on experience in ITSM tools like Servicenow and remedy 9.• Good experience in the ITIL framework, as the Incident Management process is a key input into the Change and Problem processes.• Good experience in ERP (Sage X3) testing. Worked on Product, Customer, Supplier, Purchase, and Sales modules of Sage X3.• Excellent problem solving skills with strong technical background, good communication, quick learner and excellent team player, ability to meet tight deadlines and work under pressure.
