As the Senior Research Project Coordinator at the International Myeloma Foundation (IMF), I facilitate all aspects of contract management and research projects. I hold a Master of Science in Biomedical Sciences from Barry University and a Bachelor of Arts in Anthropology and Women and Gender Studies from the University of Michigan-Dearborn. My diverse academic background enables me to bring a unique and inclusive perspective to medical research.My core competencies include developing innovative medical strategies, cultural competency, cross-cultural communication skills, and leadership. I have played a vital role in developing and implementing effective solutions for our retrospective data collection studies and have collaborated with hospitals worldwide to conduct these projects. My primary objective is to improve the quality of life and outcomes of patients with multiple myeloma through our research projects. I am passionate about advancing the scientific knowledge and understanding of this rare and incurable disease.
