• Sourcing profiles through various Job Boards• To take over the employee life cycle after Induction and onboarding, starting with creating• Employee records and documentation in database• Compiling leave and attendance, deductions, joinee/resignee and other relevant information and providing the same to payroll management agency for monthly payroll processing• Coordinating with the payroll management agency to ensure that salaries are processed in time. • Ensuring highest degree of Statutory Compliances (PF, ESI, Bonus etc) –Ensuring that all the challans / returns and records are compiled in accordance with the• statutory laws.Coordinating the same with payroll management agency• Generating PF& ESIC Challans.• Compiling monthly MIS (details of new joining / resignations etc) and providing the same inspecified formats within the time lines and updating the database for Employee• Adherence to employee exit process –Resignation acceptance, clearance and coordinating with payroll vendor /accounts to• ensure timely processing of final settlements• Prompt employee query resolution on relevant issues• Ensure all Exit related formalities are completed as per predefined timelines [Full & Final• Settlement, PF, Issuing Relieving Letters]• Managing Quarterly, and Annual Audits
