1. Support and develop the activities plan, resources, budgets and operations of the Incubation centre as well as entrepreneurs. Guide entrepreneurs towards sustainable models with minimal external investments.2. Manage, Collate and Categorise the incoming applications for incubation and acceleration program3. Screen and conduct first level discussions with applicants and identify potential ones for next round of selection process4. Act as single point contact for all incubator and accelerator activities when it comes to incubates and applicants5. Compile, Manage and Disseminate periodic performance reports of cohort/applicants for duration period6. Manage and create calendar of activities for incubator and accelerator programs

Being among the founding members of Manav Rachna Innovation and Incubation Centre, my prime responsibility was to innovate and develop things that are useful to the society and valuable for my industry. I had worked with students from different fields, on different ideas and concepts. I had mentored the students for participating in various zonal and national competitions. Also, the responsibilities handed to me included event planning for the Innovation Centre, student dealings and their memberships with the Centre, promotion and publicity of the Centre so as to reach the mass and motivate young minds to join and innovate.

Being an international representative of India is a matter of pride in itself. My prime job here was to make the outer world aware of what India actually is and how it is growing. My highly appreciated conduct boosted an unmatchable confidence in me since then.
